Does anyone have recommendations for a fishing guide/equipment for fishing in a Dublin-area river, or for an Irish Sea fishing charter out of Howth? Have found a few websites but no reviews to indicate the expertise or value provided.

We live in Howth and are not aware of any charters that go out of here. Definitely a working fishing harbour, but not apparent of much past that.
