Dublin hotel- Booked 3, only need 1-

I will be in Dublin late March with my adult daughter. I was looking for lodging and came upon Hilton Gardens, Jury's and Holiday In Express. I booked all three with the ability to cancel. We want the lodging to sleep in. Wi-Fi is important. Breakfast a big plus. Here is what I found:

Hilton Gardens- $$$ no breakfast included
Jury's Inn- $$ includes breakfast
HI Express: -$$ includes breakfast.

All are near city center. Is the Hilton that much better that I should pay 25%+ more for just the room with no breakfast?
What is the difference between Jury's and HI Express? Is one better than the other? Why?

Obviously money is a factor on this trip.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello:
I stayed at Jurys Inn Christchurch, Dublin last year (with my adult daughter too) and found the location to be central - we walked everywhere - and there were a lot of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Great fish and chips shop just steps away.
The rooms and beds were comfortable and a decent size, no street noise once the windows were closed, and the breakfast and general service was more than acceptable. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Would agree jury's in is fine , directly across from the Cathedral and at the top of dame Street
