We will be in Dublin 6 July midday 1 pm to afternoon 2 pm 7 July. Does it make sense to buy the hop-on hop-off pass, even to use from airport? If so is there a difference between the red buses and green buses? I have seen reports that they are not interchangeable. Which would be better. We are planning to get a car to drive out west but I was hoping not to use in city. We are really only looking to do: Guiness, night bus tour (1 hour), pub crawl (?), Jameson and trinity college. I know we could walk from hotel at Green to trinity but Guinness & Jameson looks far. Thanks.
