We will be flying into Dublin on a Friday afternoon and leaving on Monday at noon. We’ve seen the sights of Dublin but want to explore the seaside within fairly close proximity to the Dublin airport. Any suggestions including nearby towns, hotels by the sea or B&B’s appreciated.

We recently stayed at a B&B in Dublin's Clontarf neighborhood, facing the Dublin Bay. Annagh House: https://www.annaghhouseclontarf.com/#home
Good breakfast; easy transport into Dublin on the city bus (#130 stops almost across the street); some good restaurants within walking distance. I expect Forum regulars will have suggestions in Howth, a little further NE of Clontarf.

Last summer we took the train out to Dun Laoghaire and Killiney. Gorgeous areas.
