I am traveling to Dublin with 5 other family members in a couple of weeks. Is it possible to grab a cab large enough for all of us at the airport at arrival time or is it necessary to pre-book? We're staying in the city near ChristChurch. I know there's the 747 bus, but thinking that this would be more convenient (but not necessarily cheaper) as my traveling companions aren't particularly experienced, and the return trip would definitely be easier.

The folks managing the taxi rank outside baggage claim are pretty good about sorting out things like this. Can simply inquire with one of them.

Thanks, I thought I saw some TripAdvisor advice stating that the guys at the cab line were good like that. Don't want to pre-book, because one never knows what century the plane will arrive these days....
