My wife and I plan on dropping our rental car off at the Dublin airport and spending the night in a hotel within, or close to the airport for a following morning flight back to the States . Musts are a decent bar and restaurant along with free shuttle service if located outside the airport. Would appreciate recommendations.

The Clayton Airport hotel is really nice with a free shuttle service too/from the airport a good restaurant and clean comfortable rooms! Definitely recommend.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport
I stayed here 2022. You can literally walk to Terminal, however they do have shuttle. Clean, friendly staff and decent bar and restaurant. I’d stay again when in Dublin flying back home.

We stayed at the Premier Inn and it was fine. They have a shuttle to and from the airport.

I've stayed at the Radisson Blu and also the Maldron, both located at the airport. You can walk to the terminals from either, but it's easier with the shuttles they provide. Both have a bar and restaurant, good enough for me.
