I arrive at Dublin Airport on Saturday March 28 at 7am and am spending the night at Adare Manor in Adare. I will not have a car. I’m thinking of taking the Dublin Coach from the airport to either Limerick (then taking a cab to the manor) or taking the bus to Adare itself (will it be possible to get a cab to the manor from the stop in Adare?) I don’t quite understand the options on the Dublin Coach website. What is the best way to do this? (I understand that Shannon is closer but the options/cost from my hometown just didn’t work so I’m flying rt DUB. I’ll be spending time in Dublin at the end of my trip so just want to get directly to Adare). Thanks!

Not sure I understand your post. Are you going to Adare for 1 night? If so, I would really discourage that!

Dublin Coach travel from the airport to Adare, with a change at Red Cow.
There are a few taxi providers in Adare, I'm sure the hotel can arrange for one to pick you up. Otherwise it's a lovely walk from the village.

I would suggest contacting Adare Manor (email or call) to find out what they would suggest. Perhaps they could recommend someone to do a private transport, or they can best advise on bus/train options to a certain location at which you could then be met by a driver (that they pre-arrange to meet you). Adare Manor is fabulous and beautiful, and I am sure they have some experience in advising/assisting on how to best (and safely) arrive with the least amount of hassles. But do compare the cost of various hook-ups vs. just having someone meet you in Dublin and drive you straight there.....price may not be THAT different vs. the hassles....and do factor in the value of personal enjoyment/comfort (especially if you have more than a small carry-on.

Yes, I will be staying at Adare Manor one night (Saturday) prior to starting a tour which begins in Limerick on Sunday at 6pm. Just something I want to do. Trying to figure out how to get there from Dublin Airport without renting a car. I looked at private transfers but they were in the 500-600€ range so I’m considering the bus (20-30€) to Limerick or Adare. Now I’m thinking I may try to take the 8am citylink 712X to Limerick Arthur’s Quay then just get a cab from there to the manor since I will have a suitcase. It looks like the citylink is direct and I would not have to change at Red Cow. Is that correct? Do I need to prebook citylink or just walk up once I arrive at DUB? Will I be able to get a taxi in Limerick with prebooking? This is my third trip to Ireland and ninth to Europe so I’m comfortable traveling on my own.
