Can anyone recommend a dry cleaners that can hold a dress for eight days after steaming/pressing? I'm going to a wedding about an hour away from Dublin (Cabra Castle) in September, but am doing an eight-day tour beforehand (Paddy Wagon). I don't want to navigate keeping my dress in good condition during the tour. So many businesses advertise a fast turnaround, but I need a slower service.

I don't know why this stuck in my head, but some some 25 years ago I stayed off Gardiner Street and remembered seeing a dry cleaning business. Voila! The Gardiner Street Dry Cleaners business is still there: https://www.drycleanersd1.com/ . I have no idea if they do everything you need.
As for Gardiner Street, I would probably avoid staying there again. It's pretty noisy.
