Can you get a taxi at the train station of must you walk more towards the center of town?

Because of the high demand for visiting Newgrange and Knowth (advance reservation recommended), I expect that at least one taxi will meet the train and circle back or call for backup if more people are waiting. If it were harder than that, Rick's book would say how to do it.
