Driving Tour Antrim Coast from Belfast 6/12/24?

I’m seeking others to share the cost of a private driving tour for the day, 6/12/24. Is anyone interested, and planning on being in Belfast at that time? The big buses that offer day trips don’t allow time for their 50 passengers to go across the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge to what looks like a beautiful island. They only allow viewing the area from a distance. I’m open to other tour suggestions as well, though not wanting to rent a car and drive the route myself.

I hope it works out for you. I've done the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, and been on the little island. There's nothing spectacular on the island. And you can generally see the same view if you don't go over on the bridge from higher up. We stood and gazed on the island for about 15 minutes then came back. My husband wanted nothing to do with anything related to walking over the bridge, saw all views from afar.

I hope you find your group and can arrange a private driving tour, but my point is, if a large group day trip is what you end up on, you will still be seeing some beautiful countryside.

Thank you for your response. The big tour buses do go to Giants Causeway. And yes, I will see great scenery from the bus without the stress of driving, if that’s the way I end up going.
