drivers or day excursions near Dingle & Galway

I will be traveling with my family to Ireland in September with my husband & 2 daughters (age 22 & 24)
I am looking for a driver to take us from Dublin to Dingle...we would love to spend a good long day getting there with someone fun & interesting so I'm looking for recommendations. Also will need to do the same from Dingle to Galway. We have 3 days in Dingle & 3 in Galway...I'd love suggestions as to particular drivers you may have had & liked, what are your must-sees from those areas. Were there particular excursions that you enjoyed. Thinking of taking a ferry out to the islands off of Dingle. Any suggestions regarding that? We will be dropping my daughter off @ school & would love to see as much as we can but also would like some R&R. Please share any thoughts you may have.
Thank you!

We spent three weeks on the Dingle Peninsula and loved Inch Beach, Anascaul and spent a day on the Blasket Islands. The boat leaves from Dingle town. If you have the time walk the Maum Road from Anascaul over the hill to the most wonderful views of the Dingle Bay and sandy Inch beach. Obviously, all of those excursions are better when the weather is glorious and with your schedule you may not have that luxury.

Galway is a good base for a day trip to Inishmore, the largest of the Aran Islands. You can take the shuttle to Rossaveel to catch the ferry over to the island. Once there you have lots of options--horse cart tours, minibus tours, bicycle rental or just hiking around. It makes for a really interesting and fun day if the weather cooperates!
