If you want to hire a private driver for a multi-day tour around Ireland, I suggest searching this site, as this topic comes up often enough.

2 years ago we hired Tony Woods Chauffeur to drive us from Doolin to Kinvara.
We did some sightseeing a long the way.
They are based in Ennis.
It wasn't cheap, but worked for us. We relied on public transport and local group tours.
We were happy with their service.
