Your post is unclear to me. Do you want to hire a car and driver for a few days, or do you want to hire a car and driver for a few different trips on different days?

Is this a thing in America? I see it requested alot on the forum, but have never heatd of any one in Europe having a chauffeur for a holiday.

No, it's not usually a thing caro. And when it is, it's usually on a trip by trip basis. Hiring out a car and driver completely for a 3-4 day period would be eye wateringly expensive. Plus, if overnighting away from the starting point, then the driver's accommodation (and meals?) would have to be paid too.
