Thanks to all, making a final decision. Between Maldron on Kevin Street or The Mont Merrion Square, thoughts?

The Mont is undergoing a refurb along with the name change, not sure if it has even reopened yet. Its location is the best of the two though.

Went with the Mont, right after their refurbishment. Had a little hiccup here and there, but were thrilled with our choice. Great hotel in a great location. Awesome breakfast each morning!

Just planning our last minute trip.
Considering Maldron on Kevin for price.
Will check out The Mont Merrion Square.
Any tips for best pricing at the Mont.

Also any ideas for one full day in Dublin.

We went the end of August and stayed at The Mont on lower Merrion Square. Would recommend this hotel. Especially loved the staff and the breakfast. Great location, walked 99% of the time. Near a hop on/hop off stop too.
