Doolin Ferry

Has anyone taken the Doolin Ferry to Inishmore with luck in mid May? I want to go to Inishmore but do noit have time to go the Galway route.

We made the trip from Galway.. My impression of the Doolin Ferry was that it is very weather dependent. You may just have to wait until you get there and can check the weather.
