Is the Doolin area Worth staying in two nights? Or should we just stay one then go to Galway. We have been to Galway before. Is it possible to get to Aran Islands late September! Looks like the ferry stops running right before we get there. Has anyone been !

we stayed two nights in Doolin, in mid September 2018, in a rented house with a great view of the water and horse pastures. We enjoyed the area.. We also did the Aran Island trip. The Island was a great visit; but, the ferry ride over was in very rough seas with water splashing on the deck thereby requiring everyone to stay inside......I turned green. So, if you want to see the sights on the island and you are queasy make sure the weather and seas are reasonable and take your Bonine......it didn't help, either, that when we got to the island we had a horse and buggy ride around the island...great, more back and forth!!!!! But, overall, the entire Ireland trip was fantastic.
