Dog shepherding activity from Cork?

We will be visiting Ireland in mid-late August and would like to see a dog shepherding event. We will not have a car of our own so will need to try a tour company but so far I have not found one being offered.
The days in Dublin are already planned and full but while in Cork and Killarney we would have time if we can locate a tour. Can anyone offer suggestions?

EDIT TO ADD: I just saw a similar thread asking about this and someone mentioned a Ring of Kerry tour that might offer this as part of the tour. We already had a RoK tour booked so I will check to see if this is included. This was booked by our TA so I did not have the information when it was booked.

Two weeks ago we visited the Kissane Sheep Farm that is located between Kenmare and Killarney. A Rick Steves tour group was visiting at the same time. We really enjoyed the sheep dog herding demonstration and getting to hold the little lambs. It was one of our favorite stops on our tour of Ireland.

Not close to Cork (sadly) but for those in the Sligo / Donegal area, highly recommend Atlantic Sheepdogs presentation. It was fascinating!
