Does Uber or Lyft operate in the cities of the Republic of Ireland?

I actually use BlaBlaCar and have never used Uber, here. I have used taxis via an app, to pick me up at the ferry in Dublin so i didn't have to wait in line at the taxi stand. I don't recall the name, but I did notice it was a smaller Irish only app. It's very tech oriented in Dublin, so I'm sure there are lots of taxi apps.

Now I just keep a few taxi drivers numbers and call them directly....
