Do we need a visa for Ireland? We will be going to both Northern Ireland and Ireland.

I suggest that you post your citizenship, how long you will be staying, your means of travel to those two countries, The U.K. can be very tough (even on, say, Americans) if they suspect that you might be coming to take a job but don't need a visa for a tourist visit.
