Hello, I wondered if anyone knew when the Quiet Man distillery was going to be running and open for tours in Derry City? We will be visiting next April.

What about Dingle Distillery? I think it is the distillery near the Miltown house that we visited a couple of years ago while on the 8 day Ireland tour. Really interesting.

Im afraid the bad whiskey news from historic Derry is that the Distillery project has been scrapped.

What a pity, the city needs the investment, new jobs, tourism investment and has a long proud heritage of Whiskey producing.
