Will be on tour on Rick Steves the Best of Ireland in September, was wondering if any one has been on the Sciuird Archaeology tours out of Dingel?! We will be going on the Slea drive with our Rick Steves tour guide and seeing many sigths on our tour and was wondering if the Sciuird Archaeology tour stops at a lot of the same places we will see on our RS tour?!

I would contact the RS office and ask them. I imagine that there is a lot of duplication but there may be sites visited in a smaller group that the larger RS tour can't access easily.

When we did this tour the guide from Sciuird tour was our local guide on the Rick Steves tour. We also did the Sciuird tour on our own on a different trip. They were basically the same except the RS tour does spend time at the Blasket Center. Enjoy your trip.
