Can anyone recommend a day tour from Dublin to Glendalough and Powerscourt Gardens? I have seen the Dublin Sightseeing website. Any reviews of this tour or any other tour companies which go to these two places would be appreciated.

Take a look at the "day trips" drop down menu on the Trip Advisor website for Dublin (under "things to do"). There are numerous offerings there, along with ratings and user comments, that might be of interest to you.
Just did a quick look and there are several listings for day trips to Glendalough and Powerscourt.
