I have been combing through the day tour descriptions from out of Dublin. There are 7 of us and none of us are really wanting to drive. We want to visit the Causeway, spend time in the Titanic museum and visit Old Bushmills for a tasting. I'm not finding this itinerary offered in this combination from any of the companies...surprising. Anyone have an experience to share? Anyone had a private, knowledgeable driver for something like this that was not outrageously priced?
Bange - Here are a few Black Cab Tour companies in Belfast. www.belfastblackcabtours.co.uk
www.belfasttours.com & www.niblacktaxitours.com/. You'll probably have to take the train from Dublin to Belfast.
While I have not used them, Paddywagon Tours gets pretty good reviews, perhaps they have something of interest. The three items you have listed seem like a lot for one day, not sure you would find all that in one tour.
I don't think you will find a tour to the Causeway that makes a stop in Belfast at the museum. There wouldn't be time to do all of that in one day as the drive to the Causeway from Dublin is a long one. The best thing to do is to spend a couple of nights in Belfast and do the Causeway trip from there, and then spend another day touring around Belfast.
Thank you for your replies.. I actually found a Viator tour, 13 hours, Titanic museum for 1.5 hour visit, then Giant Causeway and hanging bridge. Unfortunately, no stop at Old Bushmills . It will be a long day but at least we do not have to drive.
