Let me add that I just booked (via the phone) with a lovely woman from Dan Dooley. The cost of the car came out to be $40 less then what the online price was showing using the SALE10 prom code. I was also able to add the tire and glass coverage, so if we take a taxi to the airport we can go directly to the "compound" as she called it. There will be no need to go to the airport and then take the shuttle to pick up the car. Yeah! I have not seen my email confirmation yet but I am not expecting any problems. Re: Dan Dooley . . . .BEWARE. My daughter and I flew into Shannon Airport at the end of May having booked a rental car through Dan Dooley. This was definitele the worst experience of our entire trip (and that includes a case of food poisoning). When we landed at 6:15 a.m. the rental agent had us complete the paperwork and "have a seat". We're getting your car ready. While we were waiting, another woman came up to the counter who had been waiting for her car for an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes they finally said that they didn't have a car for us because they were waiting for cars to be returned. While my daughter talked with the agent I stepped over to the Enterprise counter and asked how quickly they could get us into a car. When I called over to my daughter and said cancel the reservation and get your money back the agent suddenly was able to give us an upgrade. This was no favor, either since the car we got felt as big as an aircraft carrier and was not suitable for driving on Ireland's narrow roads. We then had to change our plans to be very selective about our destinations and the roads we would need to drive on. Needless to say, this left a shadow over our entire trip.
