In MY opinion you couldn't do Wicklow in a week and see everything!
What exactly are you interested in doing? Powerscourt house & waterfall? Glendelough? Wicklow National Park?
It depends on what "everything" means to you, I guess!

I am wondering the same thing! There's a family owned tour company called "Wild Wicklow Tours" which offers a full day trip to the area. They are based out of Dublin. I don't know anything about them - but their webpage looks inviting!
