Hi Three crazy nurses heading to Ireland on September 15 until the 29 We are flying into Dublin , staying 2 nights and on the third day we were thinking of taking a train to either Dingle Tralee or Galway and renting a car for the reminder of our trip up the coast and into NI. We were thinking of making one of the three our hub for 4 nights and wondered if anyone can recommend a seaside cottage or BnB that would accommodate three of us

I think you'd be better off spending two nights in Dingle and two nights in Galway or Doolin, depending on interests there.

I vote for Galway and head to Westport, we are renting there for five nights. VRBO and airbnb have great places. We are there at the same time so can't give you our lovely apartment info but there are some great ones there. Great day touring and you can rent bikes and ride to Achill Island. Or you could head straight to Belfast from the airport and do the coastal loop. Belfast is a great city, very friendly people.

Thanks so much for your input I have used Airbnb in Germany and New York and have always been happy! We have now decided to head North instead and rent our car right after departing Dublin\ drive the coast and spend a couple of nights in and around Belfas
