I'm planning a trip to Ireland next summer and looking for a good place to stay for one night in July. (Cork will be one stop on a 9 day tour.) While I wait for the latest Rick Steve's guidebook, I thought I would ask this group for any recommendations. I'll assume that I want to stay in the central area - we'll be going to a concert very close to downtown.
