Cork, Dingle, Ring Kerry, Cliffs Moher to Galway, Is this too much driving in car for teens?

I will be in Killarney on a Fri through Monday am. Friday planning on going to Blarney, and Cork. Saturday thinking Dingle, or other ideas? Sunday doing private group tour with others for ROK. Early Monday AM leaving for Cliffs of Moher, then have reservation in Galway Monday night. Thanks.

My teens traveled all the time in a car on 12 hours plus with no issues and continue to do so as young adults. Its an adventure to see a new country, a once in a lifetime thing. They will be fine. Use handheld video games if they must. The main thing is to stop when needed for comfort and let them plan some of the sightseeing, that way they have seem ownership.

Well if they love to drive in foreign countries maybe not. But for me and most people, heck yheah, its too much driving. They are only there for a couple of days I would stay near the ROK or maybe head to Dingle. I would cut definately cut Blarney and Cork. Way out of the way.

That is way too much ground to try and cover in 3 days. If I had to pick, I would skip Cork and Blarney

I guess I'd have to ask, why do you want to do those things? I'm like the others who would say "skip Cork" as that county is out of your way.... but maybe one of you have dreamed of kissing the Blarney Stone for years and that's a must?

Help us help you - what do you like to do? Do the teens want to get out and hill walk? Horseback ride on a beach? Go to a nightclub?? (they may be 18!)...

Give us a bit of info so we can help....

I'd like to go to Cork again because my grandmother was born there, and I thought it'd be a nice city to walk with the kids. They're not much into hiking so much. The kids are 13/16 and will be in Killarney for Irish dance, then we can sight-see a bit. I figured Blarney castle because it's something the kids have heard of. I know they'd like to see a couple of castles. Other suggestions close to Killarney are certainly welcome.
