Cooking classes surrounding Ennis area

Hello! Can anyone recommend a traditional Irish cookery course that is offered in the Ennis/Shannon area? I will be on a RS tour in September and would like to participate in a cooking class. Thanks in advance! -Jessica

Thanks for your reply Kateja, but I believe the Bunratty cooking school is closed. Thanks for the suggestion.
