Two questions:
1 - Has anyone done Cong bike tour around scenes from Quiet Man? If so, do you recommend? How much time to allocate? Who did you book with?
2 - Ashford Castle Tea - Do you recommend?

Not what you asked, but what I recommend at Ashford Castle is the Hawk Walk.

Another vote for the Hawk Walk. Ireland School of Falconry. We walked around Cong and enjoyed it quite a bit, but did not do a bike tour or high tea.
