Has anyone stayed here? How is transport from the airport and then to the Dublin heuston station? We are coming in a day or two early before we meet tour group and wanted a 'castle ' stay. Is it in an area we can get outside and stroll around so we can get our body clocks reset?

It's about 10 miles from the airport if you take a taxi, which will be easiest. By bus, you take bus #747 from the airport to Connolly station, then connect to bus #120 to the corner of Clontarf Rd. and Castle Ave (results from www.transportforireland.ie). I see several nearby parks on Google Maps.
