Climbing Diamond Hill With Kids

I think this is probably ok, but I'm wondering what those who have been there might say about climbing Diamond Hill while at Connemara National Park in March? The kids are 7 and 12. Mostly wondering if an average 7 year old would be fine safety wise - it looks perfectly doable as much as one can tell by using Google.

Shouldn't be a problem. Don't recall any severe dropoffs at all ... Just a lot of stairs as you descend. Beautiful views from the top.
The rocks might be a little slick after it rains but the footing is generally good on the track itself.
