Any recommendations on which ferry/tour company to use from Doolin? Doolin2Aran Ferries or O'Brien Line?

Also, I am wondering if the ferries from Doolin are more reliable now? My Ireland 2015 book mentioned the dock was going to be completed in early 2016 to help with this?
