We arrive in Ennis early afternoon on Sept 6 w/ a bicycle tour group, and have the afternoon 'free'. We would like to take this time to take the 2:30 pm bus from Ennis->Doolin to begin our COM afternoon/sunset hike to the Visitor's Center or Liscanoor(if time/energy permit). There are no buses around sunset back to Ennis(last is at 5:15). Will it be possible for us(4 in all) to hire a taxi from the Visitors Center or Liscanoor back to Ennis at that time?
We are still undecided whether it is best to hike COM in late afternoon from north to south or south to north.....advice/experience appreciated!!
