Clearing airport in Dublin

I plan on renting a car from an agency at the Dublin airport. I need to give the car rental agency a time of pickup. We will be coming in from the U.S.A. and will not have any checked luggage to wait for at baggage claim. Our flight arrives 0630. How much time should I allow to clear through customs or whatever, before I will be able to get to the rental agency's counter?

I would add at least 90 minutes. What if your flight runs late? It's immigration (passport control) that is hard to predict, since the time required depends on how many other flights are coming in at the same time. Even if you don't have to wait for baggage, you still have to get through immigration then find your way to the rental counter.

Thanks. That is about what I had figured, based on other airports. But, it is nice to have the insight of someone who knows about this airport.

Is that 6:30 am or pm? Ninety minutes might be too much. We generally add 45 to 60 minutes from arrival to pick-up time. In April I think it took us less than an hour and we even stopped to buy a SIM card before going to the rental desk. You probably don't want to get there too early and then wait 45 minutes to get your car. The agencies sometimes ask for the flight number. You might give them a pick-up time and also your flight number and arrival time so they will know if your flight is delayed.
