Does anyone have experience with this guesthouse? We need a budget place not too far from city center that can accommodate 3 adults (self, wife and adult son) in one room. Comments and suggestions would be appreciated.

We've stayed there a couple of times.
They claim it's a ten-minute walk to O'Connell Street which is a stinking lie - - it must be about two miles. to the spire. The good news is there's a bus stop just out the door.
Breakfast was pretty good and there's several good places for supper within five minutes.
Can't picture if we ever had a third bed or something in the room.
