Hi. I'm heading to Ireland in 2 weeks, and I am looking for advice on what kind of adapted/transformer I will need to plug in my phone charger. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. I understand that Irish plugs have 220 volts.

Look on your charger and 99.999% of the time it will say "110-240 V, 50-60 HZ". It will work fine on Irish electricity. You just need a socket adapter.

Thanks. It was very informative. I can probably pick up an adapter at Best Buy or someplace similar.
