Hi, Can someone advise on how to get to the Hop on Hop off buses in Dublin from the Castleknock area. Thank you

You can board the HoHo buses at any of their stops. Looks like the closest one to Castleknock is in Phoenix Park - near the roundabout close to the zoo as I recall.
Suggest checking the route maps for the various HoHo bus companies to see what works best for you. There are also stops at Kilmainham, Guinness, and Heuston station, FYI.

You may find it easier to get the bus or train into the city centre and pick up the Hoho tour there. Depends on where in Castleknock you'll be.
