Has anyone found a car rental for 6 adults in Ireland with automatic transmission? Any suggestions for how to find this out? Most SUV only have 5 people.

You would need a very large vehicle to hold six adults and their luggage. You might have to consider two smaller vehicles. We did this when traveling with a party of seven, and it worked well. Irish roads can be small in places, and a larger vehicle could be a problem. About all you can do is shop the various websites to see what they offer, but you have probably been doing that. Google "car rental Ireland" to get more options than just the US companies that you think of right off the bat.
