Capri/Cargo pants in Ireland in fall

Do you think it will be ok to bring cargo or capri pants to wear in Ireland at the end of September and firs few days of October? I will have warm socks and boots with only a little bit of calf showing but I don't want to bring them if I will be super cold.

It can rain, sleet, and be balmy, all in one day. I would opt for the cargo pants and warm socks and boots. Buy an umbrella when you get there, you will need it. A water proof or resistant jacket with a hood might be in order too. Wear it when on the plane, saves luggage space.

Cargo pants. Waterproof jacket. Scarf.

Are you heading to the West Coast? The tree leaves should be gorgeous in Killarney National Park.

Enjoy.

Calf showing at all probably means you'll be chilly, and it may risk insect bites if you're out in the country and it is rather warm.
