We plan to take the bus from Belfast to Dublin Airport at the end of the Best of Ireland in 14 days. Plan to leave just after breakfast. Is it wise to buy the ticket ahead of time? Is it best to buy one month in advance, 2 weeks ahead?

Aircoach and Translink run frequent buses from Belfast to DUB. Their websites show seats available at various times tomorrow, so I don't think you need buy tickets very far ahead. Your guide and the Belfast hotel will have the best advice for you. As far as I can tell the only difference between these services is that one is privately owned and the other public.
