I found this question asked last year but it wasn't really ever answered. If anybody has any help, I'd greatly appreciate it. I just tried calling them directly but the call keeps getting cut off after it rings.
I'm trying to reserve two tickets on Bus Eireann from Letterkenny to Dublin in August and when I go to reserve it, it shows the correct date on the left/lower part of the screen and the day before on the right screen. Therefore, I'm a scared to book in case I get the wrong date. I'm really trying to reserve the bus now since the seats are reserved on this route (Expressway 32) and it's an important trip for us since we are flying out of Dublin the next day.
There's a second problem that I've already written the Bus company about and he forwarded it on to the IT department....but, just fyi, in case you have the same issue: once you reserve seats, those seats often NEVER get released back into the pool like they are supposed to after 15 minutes, so be sure your bank has pre-approved the international charge BEFORE trying to reserve. Otherwise you will get screwed like I did and have to pay the higher fee because it shows all 5 seats already booked at the cheapest fare (which I'm sure they are not, it was just my attempts).
