Bus Eireann Route Stops and Changes

When searching for tickets on Bus Eireann, it shows the number of changes a particular route has. Does anyone know how to see the times and locations of these changes prior to buying a ticket? Additionally, if a bus travels the same route in a given day, am I able to travel at any time that day or only the time for which I purchased the ticket? Thank you!

On the Bus Éireann website, each possible itinerary has a red circled “i” at the left side. Click on that, and it will show you the stops, and times. Then you can click on “show intermediate stops” and you’ll get the information you need.

I think you can travel any bus on that route once you buy your ticket, but I’m not positive. I do know that if you miss a connection, your ticket will be good on the next bus. You should be able to buy your ticket from the driver, on whichever bus you board.

(We rode the bus from Dingle to Ennis a couple of weeks ago. The busses are comfortable, but apparently not air conditioned, which usually isn’t an issue, but it was warm on the day we traveled, and it got stuffy. Bring plenty of water to drink!)
