What's the best way to take in Bunratty Castle and Craggaunowen when one is traveling by public transit from either Friday night/Saturday morning and need to be in Kilkenny by Tuesday afternoon?
Train from Dublin to Limerick? Ennis? Taxi to castle and Cragaunowen? Approximately how much time to allow? Difficult to catch a taxi either place? Tours from Ennis, Limerick or Bunratty Hotel?
Train back to Dublin, then on to Kilkenny?
Is it easy to do both the Castle and Craggaunowen in one day when dependent on public transportation?
