Booking Ahead Public Transportation and Day Tours?

Hello! I'm wondering what things we need to book ahead and what we can wait for.

Bus from Dublin Airport to Galway.
Day tour to Cliffs of Moher (We would prefer to wait and see what the weather is like because we have a couple of days to work with. But we also don't want to miss out by not booking something ahead of time.)
Bus from Galway to Shannon Airport.
Train or flight from Kerry Airport to Dublin.
Possible day trip from Dublin to either Newgrange or Wicklow Mountians.

We will be traveling in early July which is I know is a busy time. We would like some flexibility but don't want to miss out anything due to buses/day tours being full. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

We will also be in Ireland the first 2 weeks of July. I can't speak for all of your route, but we have booked a day tour from Dublin to Glendalough, Wicklow and Kilkenny. We booked with Collins. http://www.collinsdaytours.com/itinerary.asp
I chose Collins over Paddywagon because their pick up points in Dublin were closer to our apartment. (We walk everywhere)

As a matter of fact, we are using them for one way trip to Kilkenny as we are trying to limit the car rental time. We will not return to Dublin with the group, but stay in Kilkenny and pick up car next morning.

Another public bus that we actually did book in advance was from Belfast to Dublin. I wanted to make sure that our seats were reserved and didn't want to deal with it at the time. I am an over planner.
