You may want to look at Coiste tours. They have a point of view but they are very upfront about it and the guides actually experienced the conflict.

We did this tour just a week ago. It was an eye-opening 90 minute personal history tour and well worth it.

Same as other responders--excellent tour of Troubles sites. Picked us up at train station. Went to important locations/murals/gates/neighborhoods and tour guide/driver was very heartfelt, honest, emotional in relating the atmosphere of those horrific years.
