I have checked out the bus from Galway to Dingle and it is multiple changes and takes about 7 hours. Does anyone know a better way? I am traveling by myself so it will be an adventure. Thank you!

How adventurous are you? You may be able to rent a bicycle for that trip. Galway Town to Dingle Town is about a two-day ride.
The train is also an option, though it too involves a number of changes: www.irishrail.ie. Click on the "live map" link to get an overview of where trains run in Ireland.

I wish I could do a 2 day bike ride journey but think it would take me a month. But a great idea for those that ride.
Thank you for the rail idea. This is a puzzle as I might save a couple of hours but the bus looks like the best bet.
But looking for any other ideas. The private driver was crazy unless I do a ride share and find some new friends😀

www.buseireann.ie does show 2 connections, but it only takes 5 hours.

Thank you Laura. I found one that departs Galway at 10am and gets in around 3ish. So thank you so much. Would you just wait until I get to Galway to buy the ticket?
