We are wanting to do an organized tour of Ireland for 5-6 days leaving in and out of Dublin. Are there any companies that you would recommend or avoid? Thank you

Stephen McPhilemy was our RS tour guide-- beyond good-- and he also does tours for his own company which I have linked above
When we had Stephen as our rick Steves guide, he'd make you laugh, cry and sing. He grew up in Northern Ireland in Derry during the Troubles. If you watch the old RS PBS episodes, you can see him on a couple of them. After we did the RS tour, we took one of tours of Northern Ireland. Absolutely fantastic.

Both Rabbies and Paddiwagon do escourted tours in Ireland and both companies get good reviews.

Definitely check out Rabbie’s as mentioned above. I have done several day tours with them in Scotland and have signed up for their 3-Day Dingle tour for May. They have several 5-day tours from Dublin that might interest you.
