Best SIM card for Ireland

And does anyone know of a SIM card that would work in both Ireland and Scotland (UK)? Our phones are Android and Windows.

Any SIM will work in both. In country where you do not purchase it, it will be slightly more costly because you will be roaming, but it will work.
