We will be in Ireland in September for 9 nights. It is our second time to Ireland so we won't be spending much time in Dublin, Galway or Belfast as we have seen those spots. Here is our itinerary for ( sleeping spots) for our 9 nights there). We like to hike, walk, enjoy the culture. We also want to drive the Ring of Kerry. My question is where is the best place to stay to do the Ring of Kerry? We have booked hotels etc but might be able to change our accommodations if need be.
Arrive from Copenhagen. Get car in Dublin and drive to Kilkenny ... spend one night
Kinsale, 2 nights,
Dingle 2 nights
Doolin 2 nights
Dublin 2 nights
Fly back to Canada
My husband does not like one night stays anywhere. Should we look at Kenmare instead of Kinsale in order to get the Ring of Kerry in without a mad rush.
